Will be all be receiving a refund? I appreciate stuff happens but when it's sky glass and the puck you can't watch a thing as it's all streaming! We've had no tv since 5pm yesterday it's now 10am and it's still not back on.

This is exactly what mine did last night - I preserved this morning by pressing the reset button on the side of the tv for at least 60 seconds and then followed instructions on screen. Eventually works for me, hope it does for you.

Mine has done factory reset, I've paired the remote now it can't connect to the broadband router. Thoughts anyone?

I've done the Sky Glass TV reboot.
On the Sky Puck TV I have the same white Sky logo, the Puck flashes then switches off and the TV shows "no signal". That repeats every 30 seconds or so.
Been the same since early yesterday evening (19th Sep).
I live in a GU postcode.

Have tried this a few times at one point the sky logi came up on the screen but now screen is black again

Its Crazy to think this is going on in multiple countries and with a large number of customers, for me its not about the fact there is a problem but that 18 hours later there is not a simple email to customers to say hang in there were sorting it out and here are a few suggestions for rebooting or whatever

I just comeback to Sky atV after long years, but this is not acceptable please check and fix now, what a waste of money again...
