Same old fault here for me still. 

Black screen when first used after being in standby all night. 5 mins into first program and black screen!

Hard reset at the wall

Ui does seem fixed now though, maybe introduced another bug though

Clearly this fault black screen has nothing to do with UI lag.You should make your own thread it be better pick up by Sky.Maybe a Mod could move thoses posts in that new thread.

It's still pretty damn awful. Good job we're not paying through the nose for this service... oh wait. We are.

Mine is still awful !! Gen 1 sky glass 

wish I still had my standard sky box's,everything was easy then.. ha ha ..
sky keep telling me they aren't aware of a fault when quiet clearly there is something wrong ..

No evidence of a fault here. Gen 1 Glass works fine, other than a slight lag.

Still not fixed, any update? Just powered off Puk at plug and it was ok for about ten minutes then laggy again.

My lag seems fixed as of this morning but still had black screen and needed restart.

I now just turn mine off at the wall every night so I don't have to do it half way through a program the next day 😂

Yeah, it's getting ridiculous, I came out of standby on glass gen 2 and was on the old version, had to restart it then it was on new version, it's a bit stupid having to restart manually just incase they've pushed an update to it. Didn't have to do it with Puk, so basically if ya just using standby on and off you're not going to get any updates unless it's manually restarted, my LG TV installs the update coming out of standby.

I think we forget these are just TCL supermarket TVs inside. When they get old suppose they just can't handle the newer updates and content Sky push out. 

For the money it costs it should be better though

Sorry but this issue remains , multiple restarts, still lagging, still getting channels with "their is a technical fault" ... when will there be a fix ...

Strange, because last night, mine just turned off. Restarted and then I had there is technical fault with this channel, and it was just on the movie channels. I had to restart again.

Avoiding watching TV now and going straight into YouTube or Netflix seems OK with those two
