Sky glass not connecting to WiFi properly

Sky glass box is saying there is no internet connection when the internet is working fine for every other device. Have tried restarting the WiFi and unplugged and replugged everything back in correctly. Tried turning the tv off for a while and back on and even plugged the sky glass box into the Ethernet cable directly to the WiFi and it is still saying the same thing that where is an issue with my WiFi when there is no issue on any other device.

Who is your ISP? There seems to be an ongoing issue with EE routers at the minute. I am seeing this problem and the only way to resolve is reboot the router.
