Sky Glass picture not working

Our Sky Glass TV has had a fault for a few days whereby the screen goes black although the subtitles still show.  The TV also struggles to load any programs initially and has to be switched off at the plug and then back on multiple times.  We've rung Sky who have said it is a known issue and we need to wait for an update.  Is anyone else having this issue as I can't find it mentioned by anyone else?

@Chloe-W22  Good morning, Chloe - are they any closer to a solution to this issue? It's been several weeks now. Every morning - 'please wait for programme to load', requiring a restart or power recycling. Thank you.
