Re: How can we make a difference?

I'm in that! If the government thought they could make a profit on subtitles they would rush the bill through years ago! Jus saying!

@Anonymous Your posts make no sense if you don't quote or say who you are responding to 😞

I totally agree! Also the geography channel as well.

Re: How can we make a difference?

like many suggestions made Sky will totally ignore.  Unless they can charge more for it, why should they spend time (which is money) changing anything at all.

Most of these suggestions I would consider to be 'low hanging fruit' - easy to implement, a boon for the 'accessibility' tick box.  Yet, we wait, we take time to make comment, request minor changes - has anything actually happened, have any of these suggestions even been looked at or considered.

I still cannot increase the size of the menu text, sofa & tv are heavy/fixed so no suggestions of get closer please..........  even a very basic computer can change text size.  Is it beyond Sky technology.

Rant over, nothing changes.

Subtitle font size settings, please. It's an easy feature to add

Re: How can we make a difference?

I, and I am sure a lot of other Sky customers would like the ability to have the option of saving their favourites again.

I really can't understand why the 'FAVOURITES' option was taken away. Today I wanted to record something on Channel 5 HD, and I had to scroll down to Channel 805 to find it, which is really a bit time wasting.

Please reconsider reinstating the option to save your Favourites.

Thank you.

I'm not aware that Favourites have been removed.

@Bob4444

Favourites are still on Sky Q. They haven't disappeared.

Re: How can we make a difference?

What a useless comment. I know these features were never on the Sky Q box, they were in previous iterations, hence why asking for them back. If they were likely to be brought back I wouldn't have had to make the comment in the first place. This thread was for things we'd like to see back.

@wrightfamily

As you can see @Bob4444 asked the above question which @Mark39 and myself have replied to ~ in that on Sky Q Favourites (up to 99 Favourite channels) has not been removed. Nothing useless in that reply and not sure why you think it is.

This thread is "How can we make a difference" relating to ACCESSIBILITY needs, hence being posted in the ACCESSIBILITY forum and not a general forum
