Totally agree. The options we have to go through and then we go to offshore, it's just not helpful to those with chronic illness or disabilities.
the Scottish team used to be really good.

Angel32 .. last week I tried to phone Accessibility (which I think might be what you call the Scottish team).  Twice I got anssered by Technical Team; thought I must have pressed wrong number.  Checked the phone nhumber for Accessibility, and dialled again.  Got answered by Technical Team!  I explained my problem, and was told I would be transferred.  I was indeed transferred ..... to Technical Team!!!!  Eventually I spoke to someone who said she would ask for the missing email to be sent again.  A week later, here I am and still no email which was promised on 30th December 2025!

Re: How can we make a difference?

Hi,

I use the app everyday as i'm paralyzed from the shoulders down so i dictate to the app on my tablet to change channel etc.

However, there's no voice button like on the Sky stream remote or volume control for that matter, meaning im limited to scrolling through channels / lists one "press" at a time, dictating to the device to do a press of the desired button. Asking to "long press" via the app will only move one channel compared with skipping a few using the normal remote

It's a great app, but could be much much better with the aforementioned QOL updates
