COLOURS INTERNATIONAL CHANNEL 706

This channel has been broadcasting with English subtitles, the last couple of days has stopped, I have turned off the Internet, sky box and switched back on still no subtitles, I have switched off subtitles and switched back on still no difference,  one of the programs I've been watching im on episode 235, so there is no reason I can think of I it has stopped, and I certainly don't want to reset the system and loose all my programs, any advice??

Do you mean Colours HD?

From the Sky Q tv listings I have looked at that is on 706

I have Sky Stream and Colours HD is on 708.

Subtitles are displaying fine on that channel, if I turn subtitles on.

Thank you for your reply, I forgot to mention No HD only Standard, The Channel is ( Colours 706) , I understand that some programs do not have subtitles, The programs I've been watching have had subtitles since the beginning of start fir example im on episode 235 and all of a sudden the subtitles are not there, switched off reset same for Internet, update the software and just to mention this is on a TV.
