Voice Guidance in accessibility set to on but not working
Voice Guidance is not working despite set to on with hints in accessibility menu. Hellp?

Same thing has happened to me. Voice guidance is no longer working on any of our boxes despite being turned on in settings. I have turned everything off for ten minutes including the router, done a reset and also software update but still not working.

Which Sky boxes do you have, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass?
I have turned voice guidance on and off a few times just now on my Sky Stream pucks and it's working fine.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +

I have Sky Q. I've also checked my WiFi speed and it is still high.
I've tried turning voice guidance on and off several times in accessibility settings but it is still not working.

Did you find a solution? My voice guidance is not working, also a Sky Q box, also set to on and also stopped working at a similar time as yours.

All appears to be working again, can only assume it was a sky issue which they have now resolved. Hope everyone else as lucky. Thank you for your responses

Same here, so was 100% a Sky issue...they didn't admit that on the phone earlier today and decided to send us out a new Sky Q box 🤦♂️
