Sky sports subtitles frozen

Sky sports darts I trying watch with subtitles it frozen all day 

rebot is nuisance so annoying for deaf person need talk sky advisor on live chat it been on all day with rebot person so fed up with it so sky is not very good service not helping anything to solve with subtitles for deaf people to watch ok for hearing people no problems it discrimination!
