Hi, I keep getting the same error, in both Sky VIP and Billing. Sky have reset my account ID twice and set it to ROI to no avail.
Can not access anything of use on the website or the app so have missed every offer for the past 2 years. Any ideas?
It all spurns from being asked for the eircode. we go thorugh the cycle of unlinking the ID setting it to ROI to no avail.
Hopefully somebody has an idea. Thanks
