When looking through My Sky App .I was trying to look at tablets because I want to use my roll over data but I keep on getting this message .
Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now
Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account.
I have uninstalled and installed the app again that didn't work .

Yes I can access it but if I want to do anything that error comes up and it's not just for my mobile part it happens when I go into my boardband and TV bits too

I log out choose what I would like then log back in and get this message .

Not really I want my MySky working properly it doesn't work on my phone and it doesn't work on my laptop

I also have exactly the same problem. I even tried reinstalling the app but still didn't work.

I'm also having a similar issue. When I go to sign in, it asks for me eircode and when I click continue it comes up with this message. An error occurred, please check the details or try again later
