My Sky App
When looking through My Sky App .I was trying to look at tablets because I want to use my roll over data but I keep on getting this message .
Unfortunately we can't process your request online right now
Please try again later or alternatively view the status of your account.
I have uninstalled and installed the app again that didn't work .

Can you access your mobile account and your piggybank without seeing this error ?

Yes I can access it but if I want to do anything that error comes up and it's not just for my mobile part it happens when I go into my boardband and TV bits too

No idea why that message is appearing you if you want to look at the tablets logout and if you want to place an order give Sky a call.

I log out choose what I would like then log back in and get this message .

Not really I want my MySky working properly it doesn't work on my phone and it doesn't work on my laptop

I also have exactly the same problem. I even tried reinstalling the app but still didn't work.

I'm also having a similar issue. When I go to sign in, it asks for me eircode and when I click continue it comes up with this message. An error occurred, please check the details or try again later

I too am having this issue. I've raised it with Sky multiple times. They have absolutely no idea and have no idea how to fix it. I've spoken to several advisers about it now.
