Disney+

I tried joining Disney via Sky, payment has gone out of my bank of £8.99. 
I go into the log in page. Enter my email. I then get emailed a one-time code, which I enter. 
It then says 'complete subscription' which I click on, then it goes straight back into the log in page. I've done this about 7 times and I still have no access.

Sorry your message went into my junk folder and I've only just seen it. I spoke to someone from Sky and they cancelled Disney+ on my Sky so I got Disney+ direct with Disney in the end 

Although since that I've received a message from sky that I'm on Disney so I need to check this
