Hi all. I enter Sky VIP competitions all the time and have been lucky to win a fair few.
I used to get emails to tell me if I had won. But for the last 6-8 months I haven't received those emails and because of this I've missed several events because by the time I've seen within the bookings section of the VIP app, the date has passed.
My email has stayed the same and I'm inputting it correctly in the competition entries. I hate missing out on these things and don't like the thought of the rewards going to waste like that. I'm never going to remember to check the app daily (as the cinema tickets especially give only a couple of days notice).
Anyone else had this problem and/or knows how to fix it?

i entered a ballot the other day and the entry confirmation email went into the promotion label of my gmail account rather than primary so make sure you're checking all folders

Thanks for the reply - yes, I've been checking my spam folder every couple of days as some things do end up in there randomly even when that email address has landed in my normal inbox before. But definitely not in my spam box either.
