Hi, I hope that somebody can help please.
I've been accessing Sky Sports through the sky sports app without issue for ages. Last night I decided to put the football on while I was dealing with some emails and got the error code along with the message " Sorry, your session has expired. Please sign out and in again on the website". When I did that I had the same message again and again and again.
I have tried the following:
Rebooting the Hub. Uninstalling and re installing the Sky Sports App. Clearing the cache in Microsoft Edge (current version of Edge running in Windows 10). Defragged the machine. Restarted the machine. Switched the machine off, letting everything cool, then starting cold. Logging in directly to Sky Sports and letting the app just act as the desktop player. There might have been a couple of other things as it consumed my evening.
This morning the same issue after a night of being switched off. I think that I've done most of the "DOH!!" things, including checking TNT sports intermittently, where everything is working fine....
I don't know whether this is a fresh problem, just mine or whether it's more widespread? The last time that everything worked was 48 hours earlier with NO activity on the intervening 24 hours.
Any help would be gratefully received

Same situation here.
Frustrating is an understatement.
Not that I think it matters at all, running it on Edge/Chrome same error.
Windows 11, fully up to date with patches, etc.
Never had a previous issue until the start of this week. Absolute silence from Sky across anywhere you look.

I have the same issue on Chrome as well.
I have disabled the feature on Edge which runs appas and background processes to no avail.
Sky Sports is running on the main TV, it seems to be the interface between the app and the website. I have also tried to go the the Sky Sports website and attempt to login from there following the prompts, but have hit the exact same issue...

Well well well, literary just FaceTime'd my mates missing and he said use Opera.
Off to Google to find out what he meant. Works from that browser!!??

Same problem here on Chrome too. Cannot watch Sky Sports. Really annoying.

Works on Opera One browser. Never even heard of it until my mate told me.

Thanks, I'll try Opera (I've only heard of it in passing too! :-D).irst raised the problem
If this was my setup and only a day or so I'd be a bit miffed, but such is life....
This is a week today since I first raised the problem, it's clearly not just me and this is an element of a very expensive service that just isn't running. If anyone from Sky is reading this how close are we to refund territory mow?

Same here, tried several browsers but still getting OVP-00200 error

Same problem (error cose) with my Macbook - tried Chrome and Firefox
Also SKyGo app not working any more ..... just opens and does not find updates - so just sits and waits. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, re-starting etc.

That didn't last long.
Nothing is working any more at all. Chrime, Firefox, Edge or Opera.
almost like as soon as Sky realised something worked, they broke it again.

This is still happening. Same error code. Sky neeed to fix this. The cup final is on!!
