I Cancelled my Sky Mobile Sim Last month and can no longer watch Sky Go on my Xbox just realised today.
I had Sky Go Extra as part of Sky VIP for free. I am still a Sky customer subscribed to both Tv + Broadband. So if you leave one service does that void the Free Sky Go extra reward? Can anyone advice if this is correct? Thanks

As you left Sky Mobile then Sky Go Extra that you for free via it get's cancelled as well.
Do you have multiscreen if you are a Sky Q customer ?

I dont have Multiscreen on my Sky Q subscription unfortunately.
The Sky Sim was actually free gift from sky for 12 months. I think im 8 Years with Sky now, I didnt think it would mess with my loyalty rewards by not keeping it on.
Still continuing with my Full TV & Broadband packages so thats a shame.
