Same I run a test with my mobile provider and they sent a verfication coe to my phone and received this without issues. Just seems to be Sky, are they sending these codes, do they have an issue? Sky can you please respond?

Same here.
tried to log in yesterday PM. Havent received any texts despite multiple attempts.
so ended up using my recovery code to disable.
Thought id try re-enable is but the link doesn't seem to work. ..... AND doesn't seem like the brightest idea until it is fixed if folk are still having the problem.

For those who did as Sky recommended, and kept a separate note of the Recovery Code which was displayed on screen as well as being sent to your email account, you can use it to disable 2 step login.

I think Sky are a joke especially if you try to talk to them.
I have 2 computers and cannot get texts from Sky on either to log in, so no email access.
Have opened email accounts with Gmail and Yahoo and will decide which one to use later today.
Am fortunate that I can still get emails on smart phone so will forward all new emails to my new nominated account, but I have folders and contacts that I cannot access

What happens if you use these settings:
Select either "Other" or "Not Yahoo" then use these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:

I can't access my sky yahoo emails because I'm not receiving a 6 digit code. It has been working fine but now I'm not receiving a text with the code, any ideas on why this might be happening?

I've managed to find the recovery code so have now switched two-step off, phew
