You have requested a replacement Direct Debit after not collecting the last due payment when due.

 

 

 

 

Act now to avoid restriction of your Sky services

 

Please provide a Direct Debit Form

Have checked with bank and no funds had been requested.  There was more than adequate funds available.

I take it you are asking if this is a scam email then yes it is as that will not be from Sky so mark it as spam and do not do anything that it wants you to do.

@vjrck  If it were genuine Sky would not send a direct debit form in any case as you can update all the bank details online through your sky account, very few companies send out paper direct debit forms these days as it's simply wasteful when it can all be done online.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
