Password changed still the same when trying to log into email....
Tried this several times also whilst on the phone to the Sky help desk....

Yes can log in from there to the sky page, but after yahoo login is selected again sends me to the yahoo login, where my sky email address then sends me to the Verification code being sent to the adress I am trying to log into....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreOn the https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details page, edit your security question, then use the reset password on that page and use the security question you just set up as authentication. That should (hopefully) unlock your account.

Thanks but have done this several times, with no success.
This account was hacked into several weeks ago . Just reading the Yahoo email help page, saying that when suspicious activity is detected, extra checks and verification is put in place, ie the tick the boxes for traffic lights part and the verification code Sent to a recovery email. Unfortunately recovery email is the address I am trying to get into. Yahoo refuse to help saying that the problem should be sorted by the isp which is Sky. Think I am going to have to open a new email and lose all my old mail and contact list. Thanks all..

Recovery address is set as my wife's email address, yet the verification code is still sent by Yahoo to my address which I can't get into.

Could you post the picture of the message, obscuring any personal information, as your previous picture wasn't allowed.
