Can’t access my emails

I can't log into my emails it says it is sending me a 5 step verification code but this does not come through

There haven't been any other reports of problems, so it might be a temporary issue. So you could wait and see if it recovers, or seek help from Sky. Sky can turn off 2 step verification on your behalf but for security reasons (I assume) it will take three weeks.

Have you changed your mobile? If you kept separate note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step verification.

No I haven't changed my mobile number and I can't remember my verification code 🧑‍💻
