I can't log into my emails it says it is sending me a 5 step verification code but this does not come through

So you could wait and see if it recovers, or seek help from Sky. Sky can turn off 2 step verification on your behalf but for security reasons (I assume) it will take three weeks.

No I haven't changed my mobile number and I can't remember my verification code 🧑💻
