I cant receive emails on my account

I was hacked yesterday have done the usual change passwords yadayada but since then i have not received any emails.  I have sent test ones to the account from a gmail account but not received.  Can anyone help?

I doubt you were hacked as the way these people get access is when someone has in error given their details via a scam

email that was sent to make it like it was from Sky.

As for your issue give this a try:

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
