@Scotty157  You've posted this in the email forum which ios for Sky/Yahoo email issues, is that the account your having issues with or your main Sky account page?

Have you also tried deleting cookies etc?  Or using incognito/private mode?

I'm at a complete loss, I'm not a computer wiz so don't know what's changed, thank you for your help but I think I need to talk to someone at sky

When did you last login to your online email account without any issues ?

It seems like weeks now, one minute it was working the next my access denied. I thought it was a tech problem with Sky & that it would be for a short time, appears not.

I've contacted sky & spoke to a lady who was asking me to download a new App (Sky with a star) but this didn't seem to work because it was only offering me download to my mobile phone!?? 

So I have no explanation nor solution on how to resolve my problem

Are you able to access your email account via an app instead like Outlook ?

Just how are you trying to access your email? I've never heard of an "onboarding error".

If on a PC/Laptop, try using a different browser.
