Hi all,
Hoping that I can get some help as I'm loosing my hair with this issue.
Been using Dream Machine Pro for the last 2 & half years with Sky Broadband (copper w/ Draytek) & no issues.
Switched over to Fibre over a month ago & plugged from the OpenReach modem straight into the Dream Machine & everything is working fine, until 12:55pm today where it's showing that there is no Internet available.
I've plugged in a Sky Broadband Hub & that's working fine, restarted the UDMP no dice, messed around with any DHCP settings that I've found online & nothing.
So I'm hoping that someone by the grace of god on here has got some sort of idea or help!
Thanks for listening to the rant!

Glad you managed to find the solution yourself, but yes just to confirm the issue is due Ubiquiti Unifi routers asking for MAP-T (by including DHCPv6 Option 95), but then not actually supporting MAP-T.
The ideal solution would be for Ubiquiti to develop support for MAP-T, the next-best solution would be for them to stop asking for MAP-T until they do support it. The next best solution is as you've found, sadly disabling DHCPv6 on the WAN (not something I would usually recommend!).
Finally, we do have the ability to forcibly disable MAP-T per service if we have to, if anyone is reading this and is having this exact issue but also really wants to keep IPv6, feel free to DM me and I'll see what I can do.

Settings should be something like this except don't enable vlanid and don't enter a value

So that is the current settings (just switched again from your screenshot) that I've got & still the same issues

Could you select slaac for ipv6 connection

Done & still no luck, the clone mac address I put in was the one of the broadband hub that works, would that make any difference or no?

Could you re enable vlanid and remove 101 then disable
Also theres no requirement for mac cloning so try deleting the mac and untick it

Re-enabled it, the removed it & removed the mac & still nothing, showing still as down

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@cookiemonsteruk could this be a MAP-T issue with Sky misidentifying the UDM as being compliant when it isnt? Would that explain the connection working then not as, if you recall, we were told that third party routers would be switched if they "supported" MAP-T? As otherwise everything looks correct.

Sorry @cookiemonsteruk - the last upload didn't work, this should show current settngs

@cookiemonsteruk @Chrisee - Not sure if this helps you on your troubleshooting, but i've just done the following
ONT Box -> Sky Hub -> UDMP
That has worked now & gave me a connection, it's not brilliant & i'm loosing about 400mbp down, i then tried to just remove the Hub out of it and it broke again.
Really apprecaite the help but have no idea what is happening with it.
