Problem connecting Sonos speaker

Trying to add sonos speaker again after internet lost for a short time. Have put in correct password but it will not connect

Which model of Sonos speaker are you trying to connect and which Sky broadband hub are you using?

Speaker is Sonos One and hub is Black with 4 green lights when connected

Just Sky broadband and phone
