My Internet keeps dropping out.

My Internet keeps dropping out. Engineer came out 2 or 3 weeks ago said everything inside the house is fine, problem is outside the house. Need BT Engineer.

im having the same issue and sky staff are as helpful as a soggy towel, my best bet it is the storm but don't hold your breath they'll actually help.

@Nerfatari & @rtshadowguy if you still have broadband delivered over a copper phone line the weather can often be the cause if line drop as water, high frequency electrical signals and copper cables dont mix well. Sky are limited in what they can do as Openreach who own and maintain the copper network often wont accept a fault report as they know many lines will inevitably be affected by the weather.. 

It is not all gloom as the equipment in the cabinets the linnes connect to run automatic DLM systems that vary the noise margin to stabilise lines. In the long term the switch to full fibre should improve things as thst system is far more weather proof.
