Can anyone supply a direct contact telephone number , so that I may discuss signing up for a new broadband contract , please ??
* I have been 'out of contract' for quite a long time and the cost is now becoming excessive ! I need to work out if it's best to stay with Sky or move on to someone else....... I have a long running issue with actual received speeds..... They have said more that once that I am getting 60Mb , yet when I run a speed checker , I am only seeing a max of 22Mb !! If I can't get that issue sorted , then I WILL be moving on....
Thanks in advance .

Could you post your hub stats
Also it would be helpful to see the official line profile. Could you enter your full postal address below and post the table and notes after removing any address info in the image

I'm afraid that trying to log in to the page you've pointed to is not working . When I go to the '192.168.0.1' it shows me a sky page with a grey band across the top and shows that I'm already signed in . If I try to go to the maintenance tab it throws up a box for me to sign in ! If I then try to enter my login info it doesn't seem to recognize anything and throws me off the page !
So I can't do what you ask.....don't know what the heck is going on there . I'm not very good technically with computers anyway ... I can do the basics and that's it !
In any event , all I wanted was a phone number . It all gets very annoying when it's like 'do this' , 'post these stats up here' etc etc....... It takes me hours to (maybe if I'm lucky ) to get anywhere and I find it frustrating in the extreme !

We try to help to prevent the need to call but you can call Sky free by dialling 150 from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).
You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

Thank you for that Daniel . I appreciate that you're trying to help , but I find it extremely annoying when things just won't work first time out ! That's why I much prefer talking to a human being , then just maybe i can get the answers and action that I need .
( Maybe I should just throw the computer out of the window and be done with it , eh ??..... lol . )
