internet connection dropping out

having trouble with internet connection during the hours  0100 to 0600 each day

Change eco mode to none as shown below

The internet connection drops out between 2am and 6 am every night, but comes back on again. I am not technically minded.

@Banfield 

 

  1. Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup.
  2. Select Preferences, followed by Standby mode and select the setting 

And change eco mode to none
