Hello,
my internet is not working - it has the orange light on. I have done tests but sky is saying it is working fine

Whenever possible this is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. If it hasn't returned by the time the phone lines open a little later give Sky a call to report it.

Same my Internet is down in Shoreham. Just suddenly stopped about 5 minutes ago.

I'm also in Hove, reset the router twice, no luck but Sky are telling me it's all up and running 🙃

I'm in Peacehaven and it's gone. Maybe the Brighton exchange is down, but then how does Sky say our connections are good??

I'm from Eastbourne, Internet has gone down in my area too. Suddenly went down about 20 minutes ago.

When diagnosing issue, I ran test with router unplugged and they still saw my router apparently. I am complaining to ofcom.

Same here in Eastboune... so frustrating and yet their website says no issues... well there clearly is!
