Same here in Bognor Regis, like others have said done the tests Sky says no issues and everything is working. Well that's a lie Sky as I have no internet connection from my hub. Such dishonesty really makes me angry.

Same in Portslade. Have unplugged, rebooted, wriggled wires and still nothing but the sky page says we good... we are not good.

My broadband is down too, even though the so called service checker says there are no issues. Starting to think I should have stayed with virgin,  at least i could get through to a real person to sort my problem instead of going round in circles.

Same here in Lancing. Internet light orange in hub but all tests correct. Strangely if I try to ping a a web address from a command prop in Windows there are no drop outs and an address response is received so there is some form of DNS name resolution going on

Same here in Hove. Tests say it's working but the LOS (loss of service) light on open reach hub is off!

How do you actually find out what the issue is and if it's being looked at?

need to get some work finished but will go to bed if there is no chance of it coming back soon! 
slightly frustrated by the lack of information! Or my lack of knowledge of where to find it!
