Exposed external wires

We build a new house 3 years ago, we are now building the garden and found an exposed phone cable in the garden. I did contact Openreach as we think it feeds the 2 houses beside us. How do we get this very unsightly cable fixed as it’s in a prominent area at our house entrance. Photo available if required

@FionaBlr

I've moved your post to the Broadband board as it isn't a Sky Q related issue. I presume you've posted on here because you are a Sky customer. What did Openreach say? If the exposed cable doesn't appear to be connected to your dwelling I doubt Sky will be interested. Perhaps mention it to your neighbours.

Re: Exposed external wires

I've spoken to the new neighbors they had Openreach out and they said it was illegal wiring. However they said I should contact my service provider as they couldn't do any work without being instructed. I have previously contacted Openreach via their online form and got ignored.

Hi @FionaBlr   Why have you not contacted your service provider, which I assume is Sky as you have posted here. Just dial 150.
