WiFi issue

Hi I am meant to have the broadband ultrafast plus guaranteed download at 400mb/s but for months and months I've been getting 40mb/s it's pathetic. Can't work from home kids can't play games they want to play. I want it fixed today

That's rather unlikely to happen: a fault logged today (Thursday) will probably get Openreach attention next week.

As a start, are you measuring speed on a wireless device?
