I have Sky Full Fibre 150
Broadband speed extremely slow, pictures on mobile sometimes loading slowly, facetime connection poor, Smart Tv app could be slow . Yesterday decided to phone Sky advisor as broadband speed was minimum 63.2 Mb/s amd maximum 83.3 Mb/s but nothing changed. Today checked again speed is 89.5 Mb/s. later it was 75 Mb/s . Full Fibre 150? Guaranteed download speed 100? Never seen this nubers at all , I saved all screenshoots from my Sky app about this issue. Need help.

Still checking my Broadband speed from Saturday last week and it is not stable . Dropps below 100Mb/s today in a morning it was maximum 86.5Mb/s and minimum 42.0 Mb/s ? ? Waiting for help.

There is no way your speed should be fluctuating that much on Full fibre. It should stay steady really.
