Broadband speed 6 but sky says it 29 what is going on

What device are you measuring speeds on and what app/website are you using

 

Could you post your router stats

29Mbs cabled to the Hub and 6Mbs from the Hub to a client device over WiFi are both entirely plausible.

How do i get something done as my broadband is unusable it is so slow, am oap and have no tech skills please help I need my WiFi bsdly

@Nick141  If your landline phone is working as it should just dial 150 and listen through the voice prompts otherwise we can re-escalate this for you.
