Broadband Speed Issue

Hi wondering if anyone can answer if this looks slower than it should be normal speeds are usually 8.6 Mbps past few days internet has been very slow tried the usual things like reset router / PC yet i check on sky's test and it's showing "Looks good".(Using ethernet Cable not WIFI)

 

Only on Sky Broadband Essential Plus Plan but never had these issues before any help appreciated (Shared this as it gets asked for in all other post's I saw with speed issue's)

Looks like you have full fibre fttp at the address so you could ask for 40Mbps to 1Gbps on a line 10× more stable than the one you have.  To be honest sky probably wouldn't send an engineer out to fix something that has no guarantee
