The Home Screen on Sky Glass isn’t working

Loved my sky glass for all of 2 months, down hill since then .

SkyQ was so much better

Looks like they have rolled back the update as we are back on Entertainments OS1.0. Now working again.

Have you tried using voice control? I used mine to say TV guide and it took me to that and now mine is back to normal. Hopefully that will work for you bi gave up ringing Sky as wait was estimated as 40 minutes 🤦‍♀️

It's a daily problem with Sky Glass 

constant freezing Tv 

not loading pages 

now today it's stuck on sky cinema 

we pay a lot of money For What! 

then try to call and lines are always so busy 

can't wait to cancel my sky glass

Just rung them and their message says there is a known problem

Sky engineers report a fix has been applied around 8.20am and the system should be working normally. Can confirm myown puck is going to the proper home screen from the remote.

@Everyone - I just rebooted my Sky glass - turned off at mains and back on again - NOW ALL OK!!!!

Had been trying since 5:30 am to move on from Sky Cinema but it was stuck on that screen with no response from the "home" button on the remote. All usual reboots tried. See now having gone back on that normal service has resumed. What's going on Sky. Already quite concerned with this system and the number of freezes and reboots that have to be endured. Seriously thinking about going back to the satellite where never had anything like the number of probs.Glass gives
