I'm quite liking the new playback graphics, they won't set the world alight but they are crisp clean and modern.
Would be great if the gaudy colours in the main UI were toned down.

Re: New Firmware QS012 - support for bluetooth head sets.
I've noticed one bug where as if I'm watching live tv say bbc 1 for example and flick through the movie genre and select a movie trailer to watch example morbius the play bar shows the name of the show I was watching on bbc 1 not the name movie trailer

@Deedee36 Yes, i have also seen this occasionally when loading a on demand show whilst a live channel is still playing in the background. For me its been hard to continuously replicate making escalation difficult.

Glass new ui and lack of voice fixes
Well it's been out a year.
I kind of like the new Glassy pause and play icons that appear in the middle of the screen briefly.
I am glad to see bluetooth device support finally.
I think the channel Logo should appear in the bottom left of the quick guide. I know they can do it as the online tv guide they used to have had them.
This currently doesn't display well when against any ligjter picture.
Also i find i still want yo throw out the TV when i try and use Voice to control it.
"Hello sky... SKY News" is my every day call to get the TV going., or try to more like. The voice recognition hasn't improved any way whatsoever after all this time.
Hello Sky i try on second time, third and subsequent times. Then getting the voice activation to work and actually recognise "Sky news" as Sky News and not 'play Muse' or 'Chinese' I'm from the Westcountry but my accent isn't strong like a Bristolian.
The functionality you control with voice is also unchanged. You cant pause or fast forward when using an app, can't do anything much without a remote.

There has been some glitch from what I've read, my Glass & Puck also reverted back from 12 to 11 but in 48 hours changed again back to 12.
You should be back at 12 in a couple of days.

Re: New Firmware QS012 - support for bluetooth head sets.
Just been updated to QS012.010.00P
Watching Sky Sports main event channel 401.
If I press 'down' it goes to Kerrang channel 358, and up goes to Sky sports PL channel 402.
But if I first press the middle button to bring up the channel info, everything is in reverse. Down, more intuitively for me, goes to 402 and up goes to Kerrang.
Why are these things not the same?!?

Seen that on so many set top boxes and TVs - feels counterintuitive, but also consistent with channel up always being up on a remote, and down on the TV guide!

Really?
I think it's horribly confused.
Why do you need a a translucent and
expanding play or pause icon in the middle of the screen when you already have one on the bar along the bottom in a different style?
