Hi 

Thanks for this - I have made a formal complaint to Ofgem, although I don't think this is within their remit, although it does impinge on accessibility to programmes, subtitling is not a ' get out' on Sky's part as not all programmes are subtitles. I am also raising the matter with my MP.

Well, no, given that Ofgem is the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets.
