Unable to “Unlink” old Sky account

Hello,

 

I keel getting an error about my Sky iD. Ever since swaplong from Q over to Stream i have been having account issues. When i try to unlink i keels getting an error as shown in screenshot. I have already tried to call Sky and they have told me that they are unable to help.

Sky Messaging team should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
