Unable to setup direct debit for broadband

Hi,

 

I've setup direct debit for TV,  but unable to do do so for broadband bill. I've tried online and over phone.

 

The 2 payments come from same bank account.  On phone sky person simply says its  system error. When I try online it says invalid Bic and invalid account name which is rubbish. Noone seems able to help resolve issue. Help

@Irish_peter 

Are you being billed separately for Sky Broadband as usually the broadband and TV would be on the same account so you would see them both of the same bill ?

Yes 2 separate bills direct debit is fine for tv but sky unable to help with broadband  bill direct debit
