Direct Debit bounce back
Hi just wondering if anyone can help, I have £94 in credit not sure why and the last 2 times they have come for the money it hasn't been there as I'm not sure why they came for it so soon when I've paid the last bill but when I go on my breakdown it's different to what my bill is saying my bill says paid up to date and my breakdown is saying £94 in credit

The first thing to say is you shouldn't be making manual payments as Sky will; be taking it automatically from whatever payment you have set up on your account so this could be why you are £94 in credit.
As you have had a credit then the bill(s) will be paid by this until the credit has been used up.

I have made manual payments before a couple of times and sky have never used the direct debit for that month, they have used the credit in the account for that month
