Hi , I am writing to you in regards with the new service contract and the monthly invoicing. Because the installation was delayed ,you've offered a money compensation in my Sky account , but since last month you are invoicing me also from my Sky account and my current bank account. Practically I am paying for one service from 2 accounts , please help me sort out this situation. Looking forward for your answer , Best regards , Bogdan Bazdaga

If Sky have added a credit to your account are you saying the credit is being used against your bill ?
