Return of sky items

My daughter has sent back the sky items before the date provided from yourselves with proof of receipt and you are trying tio charge me for this? I will NOT be paying this as I have returned what you have asked for. My daugther posted it on the 6th February and this was sent before you asked for it back. 

 

Please can you remove this charge and I want it writing this has bee done.

@Fikri as you have proof of postage this has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this within the next 48 hours via a colourful chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
