Discount on sky bill

We spoke to someone back in may about getting a discounted sky bill as my telly went down for 2 weeks th ybsaid they can give me a discount of 45 pound on my sky bill but have never received it why would u promise me that discount and not forfil it

As we are customers here who help each other we can't say what has happened or why so you will need to speak to Sky support again about this.
