Refund

I left Sky TV over 2 years ago. I've just had an email today to advise me that even though I had Sports HD add-on for free, they accidently charged me so will be sending me a refund via Natwest Payit services.

Is this genuine?

I believe that is likely to be genuine.

It is definitely a legit email as you are owed money from Sky @gmw34 .

@Ballyh  Yes sky has confirmed it is 100% genuine sky owe you money

I just spoke to Sky, they confirmed it was genuine.  They confirmed the amount as well so it was obviously showing on my closed account.

I just had the follow up email with the link to claim it about an hour ago. Hope you're not waiting too long.

Yep,   it worked 🙂 

(after a quick call to Sky as I was still dubious!)

They confirmed I was owed the same amount as stated in the email.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get the follow up email from Natwest Payit? It's been over a week since I got the original email from Sky which said I'd shortly receive an email from Natwest.
