Sky equipment

I am getting text messages & emails regarding the returning of the sky equipment. When the engineer came to install the new box they took the equipment so I wouldn't have to return this.

Loaned Sky equipment should not have been taken by / given to an engineer as it's unlikely to get to the warehouse where these are processed. You'll need to call Sky and explain this and hopefully they will waive the non return charge.
