I had my refund message 24 hours later. If it's been a few days, I'd suggest you give them a ring.  I believe they can take bank details and set up a direct debit refund, but this take longer.

It's been over a week since I received the same email.

@gmw34 I  just rang Sky and they told me they've credited my November bill which is actually fine by me. I do think they had tried ringing me a few times and gave up because I don't answer calls if I don't recognise the number.

 

It was quite a positive call because I ended up switching my broadband back to Sky and renegotiated my Sky TV package and I'll be £53 a month better off. 😁

if it s about refunding you a Sky Sports charge then this isn't a scam as it is from Sky as you are owed money,

@DPBHFC  if it relates to sky sports then it is 100% not a scam this has been confirmed by sky as genuine
