I'm also having this problem. There is never a human being at the end of a phone and funnily enough ROBOTS and automated voices do not understand what [content removed] is going on. Where are all the human beings at Sky??? Can you not afford to pay people to man your phones? Highly doubtful.

Well don't presume. Ive called Sky for days and days on end and never once been spoken to by a human being. Thanks for wasting both our times with your pointless reply.
