WHERE ARE ALL THE HUMANS???? I JUST NEEED TO SPEAK TO A **bleep** HUMAN BEING ABOUT WHY SKY CONTINUES TO CHARGE ME DESPITE INFORMING YOU OF MY CANCELLATION.

I'm also having this problem. There is never a human being at the end of a phone and funnily enough ROBOTS and automated voices do not understand what [content removed] is going on. Where are all the human beings at Sky??? Can you not afford to pay people to man your phones? Highly doubtful.

The lines are presumably busy so you'll need to be patient and persevere on the phone. Billing continues throughout the notice period.

How did you cancel? Did you receive confirmation? If Sky consider you to be in arrears, they won't talk to you until you put it right.

The stupid 0818 number DOSENT WORk!!! Yet you keep coming back to customers with your stupid robot reply "Hey there etc..." Jaesus give a proper service wil you! You get enough money off us. Defo thinking seriously about heading for virgin (removed). Interruptions on broadband constantly over past month and reset everything, and followed all Online advuxe

..(removed) Frequent loss of internet on all devices , TV phones and laptops. GET A GRIP !

The problem with that reply is that if you are not a Sky subscriber but want to speak to a human, all you get on that number is a message that your phone is not associated with a Sky account, so go away.

@Hoppity  Sky only has one customer service number that applies to existing and potential new customers 

 

if you are a potential new customer stay on the line for as long as possible and don't hang up ignoring all prompts from the bot and you will eventually get put into the queue to speak to an agent

You dial the number that is a link, so it's not me dialing wrong number , and recording says "number not recognized "!'

Your previous post on this thread referred to the 0818 ROI number. The Sky Ireland Customer Services lines are not open over a weekend.

after going thru the testing procedures on my sky app and they deducted that there's a fault and an engineer is due out within 5 days , although he apparently dosent need to come into the house , hopefully this will solve the intermittent internet failures
