Hi guys, happy new year 🙂
I'll try and keep this short but I've had a back and forth with Sky broadband (the Now TV Superfast package) since September - had no wifi for over 2 months and due to some kind of human error they put me down as not reporting the loss of service till 8 days before it was actually fixed, so the compensation was way off. Managed to get this rectified and requested the full amount (about £350) be paid into my bank rather than as account credit on around the 21 December - they said this would have to be manually approved by the finance team. Obviously I understand with the holidays etc there's delays but just wondered if anyone had experience with how long approval and refunds can take? i chased for an update today and they said they can't confirm a time frame of when it'll be approved. I've already waited months for the original issue to be rectified, I don't wanna wait more months. I am still with Sky broadband too if that helps.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat particular team would have to approve that refund as normally it is applied as credit to your Sky account and would only be refunded to your bank shoukd you cancel your subscription before it's all used up to pay your bills.
