You didn't fully participate in the chat invite that was sent to you which would have sorted this. If we escalate it again are you going to be able to engage in it? The alternative is you calling in.

Not sure if this is the right place but I switched from Sky to a new provider on the 2nd September 2024. I have a credit balance on my account that has still not been refunded. Could you let me know when I will receive the refund.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
